Incoming Erasmus teaching mobilities (Zaragoza – Spain)

For many years, CPIFP Los Enlaces has actively participated in Erasmus+ Key Action 107 and 171 mobility programs, fostering incoming Erasmus teaching mobilities (teaching or job-shadowing).

Our projects promote the exchange of experiences between teachers across the whole world and enable our staff to conduct teaching or job-shadowing at partner institutions. Also, partner staff can benefit of these programmes!

We have forged collaborations with universities in Shanghai (China), Rostov-on-Don (Rusia), Tirana (Albania), Podgorica (Montenegro), Chisinau (Moldova), Kokand (Uzbekistán) and Tbilisi (Georgia).

During these mobility visits, our teachers have therefore explored cutting-edge topics including digitalization, innovative methodologies, assessment techniques, curriculum design, and teaching specialized subjects such as 3D printing, big data, programming, business, and English.

Additionally, with the incoming staff visits, our students and staff also benefit from a different perspective in education. Furthermore, incoming staff have the opportunity to see, first-hand our approach to VET education.

Through these exchanges, we share best practices and new approaches to education, both visiting our partner Universities and welcoming our fellow teachers in Zaragoza. We really foster incoming Erasmus teaching mobilities!

Each year, CPIFP Los Enlaces celebrates its Experts’ Week, welcoming international professionals from diverse fields who share their knowledge, perspectives, and real-world experience with our students. Through conferences, workshops, and collaborative activities, these events foster intercultural exchange and give students first-hand insights into today’s global professional landscape.

First Experts’ Week – Guests from Poland, Ukraine, Germany, and Greece. Students explored the realities of international business, gaining a deeper understanding of how companies operate across borders and how cultural perspectives shape professional practices.

Second Experts’ Week – Guests from Portugal, Czech Republic, France, Georgia, and Montenegro. Students learned about topics such as emotional skills in mobility, intercultural communication, AI in programming and marketing, retail management, and photography as a communication tool. These sessions provided both technical and human-centered perspectives on today’s professional challenges.

Third Experts’ Week – Guests from Greece, Georgia. Experts introduced students to Linux system administration, marketing strategies, entrepreneurship, and psychology of communication and personality, as well as the realities of maritime logistics and freight operations. These sessions strengthened both technical knowledge and human-centered skills such as stress management, communication, and business innovation.

We are always looking for possible ways of cooperation, so feel free to contact us by email if you wish to work with us. Below you can find informational brochures in English about our vocational programs here at Los Enlaces and see how we promote student’s mobilities in Europe.
